Composition and Structural Characteristics of Vacuum Hot Pressing Furnace
1. Vacuum Box
The vacuum hot pressing furnace adopts a vertical front door opening method, a double-layer water-cooled structure, the inner layer is stainless steel (304), the outer layer is stainless steel sandblasted, and the interior is polished according to high vacuum requirements. The furnace door is equipped with a glove box and an observation window. The box body is equipped with induction coil introduction interface, thermocouple temperature measuring device, inflating device, deflation device, etc.
2. Vacuum System
The vacuum system is composed of the main pump KT-300 diffusion pump and DM15 direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump, GDQ-J40B pneumatic baffle valve, DDC-JQ40B electromagnetic belt inflation valve, bellows, pipelines and other accessories. Equipment, it can make the pumped container obtain a high vacuum of 10﹣²Pa~10﹣³Pa.

4. Structure Overview
The press system is composed of a body part, an ejector cylinder and a hydraulic pump station. The mechanisms and functions of each part are described as follows:
Body part: The fuselage consists of an upper beam, a workbench, a column, an adjustment nut, a lock nut, etc. The two uprights are used as the main frame, and the upper beam and the workbench are fastened to both ends by a lock nut. The accuracy of the machine is determined by the adjustment nut and tightening. Adjust the lock nut on the upper end of the upper beam.
Pressurized cylinder:The cylinder body of the pressurizing cylinder is fastened in the center hole of the upper beam by the circumferential bolts and nuts of the cylinder body flange, and the piston rod is threaded. The surface of the piston rod is finely turned and ground by intermediate frequency quenching, annealing and stress relief treatment. The surface hardness can reach more than HRC50, with high surface accuracy and good wear resistance.
Hydraulic pump station (power system): The hydraulic pump station is composed of a fuel tank, a high-pressure pump, a motor, etc. The fuel tank is welded by steel plates, and a filter is installed in the tank. The front oil level is used for observing the oil level. The refueling height should be above the oil level. If it is lower than the lower level, refuel.
Inflating and discharging system: It has two branches: one is composed of solenoid valve, manual diaphragm valve and pipeline, which is inflated into the furnace by an air outlet; the other is composed of solenoid valve, needle-shaped flow regulating valve and pipeline, and the ring in the furnace The type air volume distribution pipe is connected. The main pipeline is equipped with a gas pressure gauge.
Pneumatic control system: It is composed of a small air compressor, two-position five-way electromagnetic reversing valve, pneumatic triple-piece, throttle valve, pneumatic pipeline, etc. Provide 0.4-0.6MPa air source for baffle valves, flapper valves and other cylinders.
Cooling water system: Composed of valves, water diversion drains, water collection tanks, electric contact water pressure gauges, pipelines, etc., it provides cooling for the vacuum box and vacuum system and other parts that require water cooling. The user is required to provide a cooling water source with a pressure not lower than 0.2MPa, a flow rate not lower than 3m³/h, and an inlet water temperature not higher than 30°C.
Measurement and control system for vacuum hot pressing furnace: The measurement and control system adopts high-performance control measuring instruments. For example, the temperature control adopts the high-performance 0.3-level programmable PID regulator produced by Shimaden Corporation, that is, the FP93 temperature control instrument. It has perfect functions and excellent performance. It can be equipped with 4 groups. The curve has a maximum of 40 programmable functions; at the same time, a composite vacuum gauge, air pressure sensor, etc. are used to monitor the vacuum, air pressure, and displacement respectively; these instruments are centralized through the touch screen and PLC to control the temperature, vacuum, air pressure, and air pressure. Monitoring of displacement and other parameters and control of the actions of mechanical and electrical equipment such as heating and vacuum pumps. These instruments and other control components are centrally installed in the electric control cabinet.
