1. QPQ Salt Bath Liquid Nitriding Process

2. Gas Nitriding Process
Gas nitriding heat treatment, in order to shorten the nitriding cycle and make the nitriding process not restricted by the steel type, in recent years, two new nitriding processes have been developed on the basis of the original nitriding process. Soft nitriding is essentially a low-temperature nitrocarburizing based on nitriding.
