2. Product Performance

The machine has five filtration systems, which combine the two functions of precision filtration and dehydration. The introduction of American “coalescence separation” dehydration technology has high dehydration efficiency, and is especially suitable for separating large amounts of water from oil. Its dehydration ability is much better than that of centrifugal method, and it can throw away all oil-water emulsion medium structure. Through the filtration and particle filtration system, the cleanliness of the medium can be controlled in the stable state required by the system to ensure the cleanliness; Do not change the physical and chemical properties of oil products and prolong the service life of oil products; Low energy consumption and low operation cost; Excellent system configuration and continuous strong online operation performance.

1) Particle filtration system:

High efficiency filter medium filter with large filtering area design can effectively filter out impurities in very fine particles and make oil products reach high cleanliness.

2) Coalescence system:

The coalescence system is composed of a set of coalescence filters. It adopts a unique polar molecular structure. No oil-water and emulsified water coalesce into large droplets through the filter, and then sink to the water storage tank by gravity.

3) Separation system:

The separation filter in the separation system is made of special hydrophobic materials. When oil passes through the filter, water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter and coalesce with each other under the action of gravity until they settle to the water storage tank.

4) Drainage system:

The separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When the interface height reaches the set value, the valve opens and the water is discharged until it falls below the liquid level, the valve closes and the drainage stops.

3. Technical Principle

When the liquid flows through the orifice plate, the smaller the surface tension is, the faster the speed is adopted. When different mixed liquids enter the separator, they first enter the coalescence filter. The coalescence filter has multi-layer filter media, and the pore diameter increases step by step. Due to the difference of surface tension, oil passes through the filter layer quickly, while water passes more slowly; Because the coalescence filter uses hydrophilic materials, small particles of water are adsorbed on the surface of the filter layer, resulting in water droplet coalescence. Under the action of kinetic energy, the droplets gradually fuse into large droplets through the opening channel, and separate the oil with sedimentation under the action of gravity. After passing through the coalescence filter, the droplets with small size advance to the separation filter at the inertia. The specific hydrophobic substances in the oil pass through the separation filter, the water droplets are intercepted outside the separation filter, and the oil is discharged from the outlet through the separation filter.
