1. Uniformity of temperature zone in furnace

5. Heating rate

The speed of heating also reflects the quality of thermocouple. The thermocouple must be double core, or it will be troublesome if it is burnt out during use.
6. Cooling rate
Cooling rate (productivity) from high temperature to room temperature, with or without quick cooling device. After the workpiece is treated, close the low vacuum valve and stop the operation of the mechanical pump. Only after the diffusion pump is cooled, the cooling water supply will be cut off, otherwise it will have a great impact on the equipment. Whether there is a rapid cooling device is also a problem that users need to consider when purchasing.
7. Specification and model of vacuum gauge
Some vacuum gauges are not resistant to pollution and will fail. If the vacuum requirement is not high, you can ask the manufacturer to match more Pirani vacuum gauges. It’s very practical.
8. Glue collector
General products will be mixed with glue or paraffin, so you should pay attention to it. The cleaning port of wax collecting device must be easy to open. At the same time, if paraffin and other molding agents which are solid at room temperature are used, the wax collecting device must be able to heat.
9. Special gas satisfiability
Whether the process gas can be used or not is related to the need of use. If the sintered product sometimes needs some gas, it is necessary.
10. Is the after-sales service complete
Some manufacturers provide secondary product sales, but do not provide single purchase of relevant vulnerable parts. Here we need to take this factor into account, otherwise the furnace will be embarrassed if it is not broken but delayed because of a vulnerable part!
