1. Features

4. Application

5. Working Principle
The vacuum system of the vacuum brazing furnace equipment is mainly composed of a vacuum chamber, a pump system, various control valves and a heat exchanger. The pump system consists of mechanical pumps, maintenance pumps, roots pumps, and diffusion pumps. The valve consists of a fore-stage valve (butterfly valve), a bypass valve (butterfly valve), a maintenance pump valve (butterfly valve) and a high valve (plate valve). Each valve is a pneumatic valve and is controlled by a PLC controlled pneumatic valve.
