Carbon fiber high temperature graphitization furnace
Carbon fiber can be divided into several types, such as viscose carbon fiber, asphalt carbon fiber, polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber, phenolic carbon fiber and so on.Viscose carbon fiber was first invented, but now the most widely used carbon fiber is polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber, up to 90% of all carbon fiber use star.
To make carbon fiber from viscose and polyacrylonitrile precursors, two processes are necessary: carbonization and graphitization.Carbonization occurs at a temperature of about 1500*C in order to remove elements other than carbon atoms. However, the graphitization process needs 3000C high temperature in order to make the content of carbon elements higher, and improve the strength and modulus of the fiber, so that its performance is better, in line with people’s needs.
The maximum service temperature of carbon fiber high temperature graphitization furnace is up to 3000℃.Continuous production furnace body, carbon fiber wire from one end in, the other end out, side wire, high production efficiency.Vertical and vertical temperature measurement technology is adopted, the placement of the temperature measurement instrument does not affect the alignment. Air curtain sealing structure is adopted to effectively prevent air from entering.
The graphite tube is made of high performance homogenous graphite. At the same graphitization temperature, the heat loss is small and the service life is almost twice that of ordinary graphite.
