Burn off oven of coating stripping device
1、 Overview
The coating stripping Burn off oven is an economic and practical equipment independently developed by our company on the basis of introducing and digesting foreign technologies. Through comparison of treatment effect, cost, environmental protection, labor intensity and other indicators, it is comparable with the imported products. The product (Burn off oven) is an ideal device for handling hangers and repair parts on the spraying production line.

2、 Product use
1. Remove the coating which is continuously thickened on the spray hanger and fixture without changing the mechanical properties of the hanger.
2. Steel and aluminum parts surface unqualified paint or powder uncoated complete and thorough peeling, without damage to the workpiece.
3. Remove the adhesive paint layer of filter screen and fan impeller of water curtain spray cabinet.
4. Clean and remove the wires, cables, transformers, motors, printing rollers on the winding and adhesion of organic matter.
5. Clean and remove grease, oil and other organic matters on engine, crankshaft, case, piston ring and other parts.
3、 Product advantages and functions

4、 How it works
The Burn off oven is composed of chamber wall panel, combustion chamber, main drying chamber, auxiliary combustion chamber, temperature safety PLC electrical control, etc. During the operation, the hot air generated by the main combustion naturally flows into the main drying chamber to heat and bake the workpiece. After a period of time, the coating on the upper surface of the workpiece in the chamber will be cracked; the waste gas and flue gas generated will be burned and incinerated after passing through the secondary auxiliary combustion chamber to be purified and meet the environmental protection requirements, Then, it is discharged into the air through the pipeline, and the process continues until the coating on the surface of the workpiece completely cracks off.
The coating of the workpiece is transformed into a small amount of powdery inorganic matter by heat energy. After cooling out of the furnace, the coating will fall off after being knocked gently to expose the metal surface. If necessary, special parts can be treated with steel brush.
