Burn off Oven Usage
Burn off oven can be used to clean the coating on the coating and rework parts, also can be used for engine maintenance, according to its non-damaging metal thermal decomposition process, equipment is widely used in cars, home appliances, sports equipment, steel furniture, metal recycling and other fields.
Burn off Oven process
By thermal cleaning to remove surface coating and paint of the hanging work pieces,they are placed in the main decomposition chamber at ambient workpieces temperature from 250 ~ 420 ℃ to removal of organic matter on the workpiece. After the process, the surface of work piece is without any organic coating layer residual.Check the following figure illustrates:
The coating line is hung on the cart in the main combustor, which is heated by the first burner in the main combustor to gradually decompose the coating on the workpiece surface into gas. This process should be always controlled to ensure the decomposition material speed and concentration, so as to ensure that the gas can be completely processed when entering the secondary combustor.When the gas into the deputy combustor through second high temperature combustion machine processing, about 650-900 ℃ environment oxygenating combustion emissions into carbon dioxide and water vapor.Thermal cleaning furnace contains two sets of independent combustion system, the two sets of combustion system are automatically controlled by the electronic control system, the whole process through the automatic water spraying system to strictly control the decomposition speed and concentration.When the machine stops automatically, there is only powdery inorganic matter which is not affected by the temperature on the workpiece in the furnace, part of which is dropped into the bottom of the furnace, and a small amount of the rest is only needed to be gently knocked or rinsed with a water gun.
Burn off Oven Working Principle
The work pieces are placed in the skip car in the main decomposition chamber.In the main decomposition , they are getting through the first burner heating (with ventilated refractory hearth isolated flame),then the coating surface is gradual decomposition of gas (black organic gases). This process is always automatically controlled by the PLC to ensure the decomposition rate and concentration and to ensure that the gas entering the secondary combustion chamber can be fully processed.
Organic gas is sent into the secondary combustion chamber through a second burner flame combustion process (about at a temperature of 650-900 ℃ characterization environment) then release Carbon dioxide,water vapor and trace carbon emission. The burn out oven contains two independent heating system,which are automatically controlled by electronic control system to control the furnace atmosphere.The whole process is strictly controlled by an automatic sprinkler system decomposition rate and concentration.
After the shutdown, then there is only inorganic powder left on the work piece in the furnace, some are fallen into the furnace bottom, small amount remaining is tapped or flushed away by squirt gun.
