1. Equipment Overview

3. Features
The heating body and the heat insulation layer are made of graphite, and the heating rod is installed and fixed on the heat insulation layer.
Heating zone and insulation layer:The heat insulation layer of the vertical cylinder heating zone is composed of coated hard felt graphite board and flexible graphite felt. The hard felt insulation layer is sealed on all sides, which can reduce the heat loss to a lower limit. The material of the heat insulation layer has strong resistance and relatively low wear and damage.
Convection heating:Adopt convection heating method. After the furnace is evacuated, an insulative gas (N2) is injected. The gas circulation motor is installed in the center of the furnace roof, and the fan is made of composite carbon fiber reinforced graphite (CFC). Through this set of devices, convection heating in the low temperature section is realized, so as to realize the work very good temperature uniformity in the operating range.
Heat exchanger and cooling gas circulation:The heat exchanger is composed of copper ribbed tubes. The cooling water flows through the heat exchanger to re-cool the cooling gas. The material, geometric shape and design of the fin tube ensure good heat transfer effect and high cooling efficiency of circulating gas.
The cooling gas flows from the hot zone to the gas cooler through the gas circuit, and then enters the hot zone from the nozzles on the graphite tube arranged along the circumference of the hot zone. At the same time, the outflow direction of the hot zone airflow can be reversed periodically, so that the workpiece to be processed can be quenched.
The high-pressure gas quenching process has been optimized to ensure uniform and rapid cooling, circular jet cooling and the reversal of the cooling air flow from top to bottom and from bottom to top of the air outlet.
