1. Brief Description

Vacuum process casting molding machine is called vacuum sealing casting molding machine. It is a dry sand casting molding machine without adhesive. Based on the pressure generated by the vacuum pump, EVA film is used to form a vacuum sealing state. The dry sand is then tensioned and a mold is obtained. The quality of finished castings after pouring is very good. Our V-process casting machine has been rated as cleaner production catalogue for its high sand recovery rate, high material utilization rate and environmental protection advantages. At present, V process has been successfully applied to engineering machinery counterweight, petroleum machinery (including crank, reducer and counterweight), pulley, bolster, axle, brake drum, piano plane, manhole cover and high manganese steel lining plate.
