Automatic static mixing vacuum pouring equipment

1. The equipment can be designed as a full-automatic static mixing vacuum pouring equipment, a continuous equipment integrating batching, mixing, degassing, metering, mixing and cleaning, or a simplified static mixing vacuum pouring equipment required by users;

2. The equipment batching is completed automatically. Firstly, the resin and curing agent are delivered to the mixing tank by high viscosity delivery pump, and then the filler is directly added to the mixing tank (absolute dust feeding) by closed adding method. All the feeding amount is controlled by electronic scale;

3. Requirements for continuous production of the equipment: after two storage degassing tanks process qualified materials and deliver them to two metering tanks, the two storage degassing tanks continue to mix materials, and the metering tanks start to produce again and again;

The mixed degassing tank adopts the membrane degassing device, and the degassing is complete without dead angle;

4. The material of the static mixer comes from the metering pump. The two metering pumps push the materials of different components to the static mixer according to the demand. The material ratio range is the largest and the batching accuracy is very high;

5. The static mixer has the advantages of short mixing process, fresh mixture, excellent flow performance, high wettability and maximum activity of the mixture;

6. The metering pump, static mixer and pouring valve group are all subject to anti grinding treatment to effectively avoid the external and internal leakage caused by the wear of the system caused by the long-term transportation of materials;
