Analysis of four structural characteristics and working principle of heat treatment electric furnace
The vacuum heat treatment electric furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace cover, heat preservation barrel, hot pressing device, heating body and power supply, vacuum system, water cooling system and temperature measuring system.
Four structural characteristics of heat treatment furnace
1. The furnace body is made of stainless steel, which is double-layer structure. It is divided into internal and external barrels. Because the force produced by the hot pressing device should be borne by the furnace body, the furnace body must have high strength and sufficient stiffness, in the external force and high temperature can not be deformed. The centerline of the fixed base of the furnace bottom dynamic sealing device must be perpendicular to the upper flange of the furnace body in order to ensure the straightness of the lower top rod movement. The fixed base of the moving dense soil sealing device has good cooling condition to extend the service life of the sealing element.
2. The furnace cover is composed of the furnace cover body, lifting oil cylinder (not marked on the figure) and upper pressure head. The furnace cover is a double layer structure, which must have sufficient strength and stiffness to withstand the pressure transferred by the lower jacking rod. The lower end of the upper head is in the high temperature zone and must be cooled compulsively.
3. The insulation drum is composed of heat insulation drum, reflection drum, insulation layer and drum body, which are made of graphite, molybdenum sheet, graphite felt and stainless steel respectively. The reflecting barrel made of molybdenum piece mainly resists the radiant heat produced by the heating element, so as not to damage the insulation layer and furnace body.
4. The hot pressing device is composed of hydraulic station, oil cylinder, lifting oil cylinder, lower jacking rod and controller. The hydraulic station has two ways of pressure output, one is to drive the furnace cover up and down movement, the other is to drive the hot pressure cylinder movement. There are two ways to control the hot pressure cylinder, manual or automatic. When it runs automatically, it can hold the pressure automatically according to the set pressure, so that the product is always in the constant pressure state. The adjustment range of cylinder motion speed is 50~300mm/min. The hot pressing cylinder must have high stability and cannot jitter when working under load. The motion quality of hot – pressed oil cylinder is one of the important conditions for preparing high – quality products. The lower jacking bar is the only part that moves under load in the high temperature region. It bears the action of high pressure and high temperature, but also moves in the high temperature region. It requires that it be neither deformable nor oxidized at high temperatures. Therefore, it must have good cooling conditions and dynamic sealing performance.
