Aluminum vacuum brazing furnace

Aluminum vacuum brazing furnace device main structure and performance:
Overall structure:
Horizontal cylindrical furnace, open doors at both ends, square all-metal screen heating chamber, external circulation cooling system, diffusion pump vacuum unit.
1, furnace door opening: pneumatic opening and locking structure.
2, furnace body: horizontal cylindrical furnace body, water cooling sleeve type double-layer structure, of which the inner wall material is stainless steel. The two ends are opened, one end is the loading door, the hydraulic pressure is opened and closed, and the other end is the maintenance door.
3, heating room (Lu Dan): the square all metal screen heating room, six sides heating, the temperature uniformity is good.
A, adopts four layers of metal screen insulation structure. The heat shield material is 304.
B, the heater adopts Ni Cr tape.
C, the frame of heating room is stainless steel.
D, supporting frame is heat resistant steel.
E, in order to ensure the temperature accuracy of workpiece brazing, the heating chamber is designed to be controlled by multiple heating zones independently.
F, the insulation is high purity alumina ceramics.
4, cooling system:
External circulation air cooling mode, cooling system fan, heat exchanger placed outside the welding vacuum chamber, reduce moisture absorption in the furnace, is conducive to improving the speed of evacuation.
A. The motor is a vacuum furnace motor (allowed to operate at temperatures not exceeding 180 C and pressures above 0.05 Mpa).
B heat exchangers are made of copper finned tube heat exchangers (copper tubes, aluminum fins).
5. vacuum system:
A. Diffusion pump, Roots pump, mechanical pump three-stage pump system, diffusion pump inlet with anti-return oil cold trap, and equipped with maintenance pump.
B, the valve is equipped with a spare regulator seat, and a leak detection point is arranged at the front end of the mechanical pump and the roots pump.
C, high efficiency cold trap and filter are installed in the vacuum system.
D, in order to increase pumping speed, such units are equipped with 2 sets.
6, electronic control system:
6.1 Temperature control of vacuum furnace is composed of touch screen, Japanese programmable temperature controller, thyristor voltage regulator and “k” thermocouple. Many imported thermometers operate harmoniously through setting value communication. In addition, several thermocouples can be connected to temperature patrol instrument to monitor the temperature values of different parts of the workpiece.
6.2 Vacuum control. The high and low vacuum in the furnace are measured by the compound vacuum gauge. The vacuum gauge displays the measured value and outputs the signal to the PLC to control the vacuum system.
Range: from atmospheric pressure to extreme vacuum.
6.3 Fast Cooling Control: Automatically (or manually) filling the furnace with protective gas, starting the fan so that the gas between the furnace and the heat exchanger to achieve rapid cooling, fast cooling cycle can adjust the cooling rate by controlling the charging pressure.
6.4 Automatic and manual control of working process: Adopting PLC of Mitsubishi Company (type FX2N) and interlocking control of the whole working process of the equipment, it has safety interlocking protection and automatic treatment measures for vacuum, temperature, pressure of rechargeable body, pressure of cooling water and misoperation in the furnace. Equipped with sound and light alarm, the equipment can be operated automatically and manually, and can be switched at any time. Such as: _vacuum unqualified, can not be heated; _low water pressure, can cut off the welding room heating power supply and diffusion pump power; _overtemperature, automatically turn off the heating power supply, etc.
6.5 Vacuum Furnace on-site process recording using multi-channel liquid crystal paperless recorder, configuration of large capacity memory, long-term storage of data, the use of trend curve, bar chart, real-time value of large screen display, configuration of digital interface, data storage and transfer can be convenient.
6.6 Low-voltage electrical appliances are domestic famous brand, joint venture products, etc. After testing high reliability products, the panel is equipped with a large display screen reflecting the working state of the equipment.
7, water cooling system
The water cooling system has a water pressure monitor alarm, a flow regulating valve and a water flow indicator, a hard steel pipe for the main pipeline and a tap water branch for use in case of circulating water failure or special circumstances.
8, the workpiece delivery system:
It is composed of a track and a feeding truck, and the feeding truck completes the lifting of the workpiece through a hydraulic mechanism.
9, other parts of the equipment include: air charging system, workpiece temperature measuring device, pneumatic device and so on.
