Air-conditioning Compressor Liquid Storage Cylinder Vacuum Brazing Process
The picture shows the liquid tank of a household air conditioner. The material is T2+ 10 steel+08A1 steel and Cr18NigTi wire mesh. The initial connection process is 10 steel+08A1 steel and Cr18NigTi wire mesh, which is brazed in a vacuum furnace with pure copper solder., The copper pipes at both ends are flame brazed with silver-based solder, and the flux must be removed after brazing, otherwise the cleanliness of the stainless steel wire mesh in the cylinder is not easy to ensure.
In order to improve the product quality and simplify the process, the two brazing is combined into one, and the low melting point copper-based solder (BCu64MnNi) is used instead of the silver-based solder. The working vacuum is 5X10-1Pa, the brazing temperature is 920+10C, and the brazing The holding time is 5min. No flux is needed, and the cleaning process is omitted, and the cleanliness of the cylinder can fully meet the requirements. The brazing seam is smooth and compact, with a pressure resistance greater than 4.2MPa, which exceeds the design standard; it saves silver and reduces the overall cost.
