1. Structural characteristics of 750C vacuum tempering furnace

The heating chamber mainly adopts an all-metal screen structure, with less deformation and small thermal inertia, suitable for low-temperature tempering
Use, long life and easy maintenance. The nickel belt heater is adopted, which is easy to install and has low failure rate. There are movable heat-insulating doors at the front and back of the furnace, which are closed when heating to prevent heat loss; opened when cooling, forming a high-pressure air flow channel to speed up the cooling speed. It is equipped with a convection heating device and a rapid cooling device, which can be filled with inert i-body when the temperature is raised, and the convection heating device is turned on to realize uniform convection heating in the low temperature section and improve work efficiency. The rapid cooling system can effectively control the deformation of the workpiece and accelerate the cooling of the workpiece. The electric control system adopts PLC and programmable temperature controller to realize three control modes: automatic, semi-automatic and manual, and the operation is flexible.

2. Purpose of 750C vacuum tempering furnace

It is mainly used for the bright tempering of high-speed steel, high-alloy tool and die steel, electrical magnetic materials, stainless steel and other materials. It can also be used for the recrystallization annealing and time effect of non-ferrous metals.
