1. Features
Insulation screen has two layers of molybdenum, four layers of stainless steel composed of all-metal radiation screen structure. Heating element for the wide molybdenum belt, along the walls around the uniform layout, in order to ensure temperature uniformity.
Pressure device has hydraulic station, cylinder, head, load cell, pressure controller and pressure bracket composition,which can achieve hydraulic pressure protection, pressure setting control.
The electronic control system adopts the PLC and the programmable temperature controller to realize the automatic, semi-automatic and manual control modes, and the operation is flexible.
2. Application
The 2200℃ vacuum diffusion welding furnace is mainly used for the diffusion welding of metal materials and ceramic materials. The heat shield of the vacuum diffusion welding furnace has an all-metal radiation shield structure composed of two layers of molybdenum and four layers of stainless steel. 2. Features
(1) Strict vacuum sealing
The sintering or heat treatment of metal products is carried out in a closed vacuum furnace. Therefore, obtaining and maintaining the original leakage rate of the furnace and ensuring the working vacuum of the vacuum furnace are of great significance to ensuring the quality of the products. In order to ensure the vacuum of the vacuum furnace Performance, the basic principles that must be followed in the design of a vacuum furnace are: the furnace body should be air-tight welded; the furnace body should be opened as little as possible; the dynamic seal structure should be used less or avoided to minimize vacuum leakage; installed in the furnace body The above accessories, such as water-cooled electrode, thermocouple lead-out device, must be designed with a sealed structure.
(2) Heating and heat insulation materials can only be used under vacuum
The heating and insulation materials of the vacuum resistance furnace work under high-temperature ballast. These materials have requirements for high temperature resistance, low vapor pressure, good radiation effect, and low thermal conductivity. The requirements for oxidation resistance are not high, and vacuum resistance furnaces are widely used. Tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, and graphite are heating and insulating materials, and these materials are very easy to oxidize in the atmosphere, and conventional resistance furnaces generally do not use them as heating materials.
(3) Cooling device
The furnace shell and cover of the vacuum furnace, the electric heating element lead-out device (water-cooled electrode), and the intermediate vacuum insulation department are all working in a vacuum and heated state. In order to ensure the structural deformation of each component, the vacuum sealing ring is not overheated without burning, and the components The water cooling device should be set according to different conditions to ensure the normal operation of the furnace and sufficient service life.
(4) Use low voltage and high current
When the vacuum is in the range of 0.1-100pa, the energized conductor will produce a glow discharge phenomenon at a higher voltage, and serious arc discharge will cause the heating element, heat insulation layer, etc. to be burned. Therefore, the working voltage of the electric heating element of the vacuum furnace- Generally, it does not exceed 80-100V. At the same time, some effective measures should be taken when designing the structure of the electric heating element, such as avoiding sharp parts as much as possible, and the electrode spacing should not be too small.
