1、 Abnormal cooling water
1. Check whether the heating power has stopped.
2. In case of leakage outside the furnace and abnormal cooling water volume, emergency measures shall be taken as soon as possible. If the water quantity can be guaranteed, please keep the vacuum. If emergency measures cannot be taken, please keep the original state and confirm that the equipment has cooled down.
3. When the cooling water is abnormal, the equipment is closed and emergency cooling water is connected immediately.
4. under high temperature, if the cooling water stops running and there is no emergency water supply, the water cooling electrode, heat exchanger, vacuum chamber shell and pump may be damaged.

2、stop compressed air
1. When the compressed air is abnormal, the equipment is in a closed state, and the standby compressor room will resume work as soon as possible.
2. If the compressed air gives an abnormal alarm in the vacuum and the recovery time is long, the vacuum will terminate and the equipment will stop.
