1. Application
1.1. Application of Non-ferrous Metal Smelting
The use of silicon carbide has high temperature resistance, high strength, good thermal conductivity, impact resistance, and is used as a high-temperature indirect heating material, such as a solid tank distillation furnace. Rectification furnace tray, aluminum electrolytic cell, copper melting furnace lining, arc plate for zinc powder furnace, thermocouple protection tube, etc.
1.2. Applications in the steel industry:
Utilize the corrosion resistance of silicon carbide. Resistance to thermal shock and abrasion. The characteristics of good heat conduction, used in the lining of large blast furnaces, increase the service life.
1.3. Application of metallurgical beneficiation
The hardness of silicon carbide is second only to diamond, and it has strong wear resistance. It is an ideal material for wear-resistant pipes, impellers, pump chambers, cyclones, and hopper linings. Its wear resistance is cast iron. The service life of rubber is 5 –20 times, it is also one of the ideal materials for aviation flight runways.
1.4. Application of building materials, ceramics and grinding wheel industry
Use its thermal conductivity. The characteristics of heat radiation, high heat and high intensity, manufacturing thin plate kiln furniture can not only reduce the capacity of the kiln furniture, but also improve the capacity and product quality of the kiln, shorten the production cycle, and is an ideal indirect material for ceramic glaze baking and sintering.
1.5. Application of energy saving:
Using good heat conduction and thermal stability as a heat exchanger can reduce fuel consumption by 20%, save fuel by 35%, and increase productivity by 20-30%. Especially in the discharge pipeline used in the mine dressing plant, the degree of wear resistance is 6-7 times that of ordinary wear-resistant materials.
2. Features
Compared with other processes of silicon carbide ceramics, the reaction sintering process has the following characteristics: low processing temperature, short time, no special and expensive equipment; reaction sintering blanks do not shrink, and the size is unchanged; there are many molding methods (extrusion , Injection, pressing and pouring, etc.). Because there are many molding methods for the blank, and the sintering process does not need to be pressurized, large-size and complex-shaped products can be prepared.

1. Application
High temperature vacuum sintering furnace is used for samarium cobalt, aluminum nickel cobalt, metal mesh, cemented carbide, ceramic materials, photoelectric coating materials, graphite purification, magnet materials and rare refractory metals and alloys (tungsten, molybdenum, tungsten) -Cu Alloy) vacuum sintering process also supports atmosphere sintering. The highest temperature can reach 2200C. The equipment adopts international excellent equipment technology and has been improved many times.
2. Features
2.1 The furnace materials are all made of imported Morgan (the energy-saving effect is more than 60% of the old electric furnace).
2.2 Accuracy (temperature control accuracy: ±1°C, constant temperature (uniform) accuracy: ±5°C).
2.3 Thermal insulation performance (less than 30% of the total power during thermal insulation).
2.4 The vacuum furnace control system is controlled by PLC, and the temperature is controlled by an intelligent temperature controller, which is accurate and highly automated.
