1400 ℃ High Temperature Vacuum Atmosphere Furnace
1400 ℃ vacuum atmosphere furnace is also called anaerobic annealing furnace, vacuum atmosphere sintering furnace, etc. This method uses a certain gas to sinter objects in the furnace of an open vacuum atmosphere tube furnace.
1. Product Parameter

Adjustment range: The fastest heating rate is 40 degrees per minute (40°C/min), and the slowest heating rate is 1 degree per hour (1°C/h).
Vacuum atmosphere furnace atmosphere control: the air inlet of the electric furnace is on the top of the furnace, and the air outlet is on the bottom of the furnace; various gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, etc.) and vacuum can be added; there is an air inlet outside the electric furnace. The pressure reducing valve has the function of preheating the intake air, and the gas flow rate adopts a rotameter. 1. Application
A 1400 ℃ continuous carbonization furnace suitable for polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber, pitch-based carbon fiber, viscose-based carbon fiber, phenol-based carbon fiber, vapor-phase grown carbon fiber, and various carbon papers.
2. Features
(1) The carbonization furnace adopts independent temperature control in the temperature zone, forming a system with a constant temperature gradient.
(2) The carbonization furnace adopts a unique gas circuit sealing system to make the oxygen pickup in the furnace meet the working requirements.
(3) The exhaust gas discharge adopts pressure difference design.
(4) A water cooling device is installed at the outlet end to cool the fiber to below 300°C and enter the external space to prevent oxidation.
(5) The temperature control adopts the imported single-loop control only by the temperature controller, and the temperature control accuracy is high and the temperature stability is high. It has the sound and light alarm system for over temperature, broken couple, low air pressure, low water pressure, and water temperature over temperature.
