1400 ℃ high temperature vacuum atmosphere furnace
Vacuum atmosphere furnace is also known as anaerobic annealing furnace, vacuum atmosphere sintering furnace, etc. this method is to use certain gas to sinter objects in the furnace of open vacuum atmosphere tube furnace.
Technical index parameters of vacuum atmosphere furnace:
The commonly used temperature is 1400 ℃, the temperature control accuracy is ± 1 ℃, the integrated circuit control, no overshoot phenomenon. The temperature uniformity of the furnace is ± 3 ℃, the temperature measuring element thermocouple is platinum rhodium s thermocouple, the temperature measuring range is 0-1700 ℃, the installation position of the heating element is on both sides (heated by silicon carbide rod), the heating rate can be freely adjusted, the adjustment range: the fastest heating rate is 40 degrees per minute (40 ° C / min), and the slowest heating rate is 1 degree per hour (1 ° C / h).
Atmosphere control of vacuum atmosphere furnace: the air inlet of the electric furnace is at the top of the furnace, and the air outlet is at the bottom of the furnace; it can add various gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, etc.) and vacuum; there is an air inlet outside the electric furnace.
The pressure reducing valve has the function of preheating air intake, and the gas flow adopts the rotameter. If the customer needs, you can also add a digital mass flowmeter to accurately control the intake air.

Shell part of vacuum atmosphere furnace:
1. Beautiful appearance. The furnace body is processed by numerical control machine tool, and is made by polishing, grinding, pickling, phosphating, plastic powder spraying, high temperature baking, etc. the two colors match. The appearance is novel and beautiful. It has the advantages of anti-oxidation, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, easy cleaning, etc.
2. The electric furnace body adopts the international advanced air-cooled double-layer furnace body structure, and the effective air-cooled deflector circulates the whole cold air in the furnace shell, and finally cools the conductive sheet of the heating element and discharges the furnace body, so as to avoid damaging the conductive sheet of the heating element.
3. The axial opening of the furnace door is 180 degrees, and the furnace door can rotate 360 degrees to prevent the inner wall of the furnace door from being roasted to the arm during high temperature recovery. The furnace door is locked under the furnace door with stainless steel spring lock, which can effectively lock. The elasticity of the spring absorbs the expansion of the refractory, ensuring the free expansion and effective sealing of the refractory.
4. Furnace shell temperature: long term use without shutdown, the furnace top and door are water-cooled; when the furnace reaches the highest temperature, the furnace temperature is close to room temperature and lower than 40 degrees, the double-layer furnace door is insulated, the furnace body uses fire-resistant alumina fiber as insulation material, the floor energy saving effect is 60% of the furnace. Charge part:
1. The lining is made of vacuum formed high purity alumina and light material. The easy to touch position (furnace mouth, furnace bottom) of the material is made of lightweight hollow spherical aluminum oxide plate, which has higher working temperature, lower heat storage capacity, and can resist rapid heat and cold. No crack, no slag drop, good thermal insulation performance (energy saving effect is more than 80% of the old electric furnace). Three layers of thermal insulation are adopted, namely: aluminum silicate fiberboard, alumina fiberboard and alumina (polycrystalline) fiberboard. The energy saving effect is more than 80% of the old electric furnace.
Control part of vacuum atmosphere furnace:
1. The electric appliance adopts integrated circuit and module control; double circuit protection (bias temperature protection, ultra-high temperature protection, broken couple protection, over-current protection, over-voltage protection, etc.), the electric furnace is more stable and reliable, and adopts closed-loop technology. Through thyristor module control, phase shift trigger control or zero crossing trigger mode, the output voltage, current or power can be continuously adjusted, with constant voltage, constant current or constant voltage Power characteristics;
The current loop is the inner loop and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When the load is suddenly applied, or when the load current exceeds the current limit value, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated current range to ensure the normal operation of the output and voltage regulator;
At the same time, the voltage loop is also involved in the regulation, so that the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated current range, and the output current and voltage are maintained on the premise of maintaining sufficient regulation margin. In order to protect the heating element from the influence of large current and voltage, to achieve safe and reliable control effect and control precision.

3. Button: the imported button has a service life of more than 100000 times and is equipped with LED indicator.
4. Temperature curve setting: intelligent temperature controller, equipped with standard PID, artificial intelligence adjustment, apid or MPT and other adjustment methods, with self-tuning and self-learning function, excellent control function, no overshoot, no overshoot, 30 segment program control function, can realize the temperature rise and fall control of any slope, with jumping.
Programmable / operable commands, such as (loop), run, pause and stop, allow the program to be modified at any time during the control operation of the program; artificial intelligence adjustment algorithm with curve fitting function can be used to obtain smooth curve control effect.
5. Multi curve input: 30 segments (50 segments can be customized) program control function, input settings: one curve is 30 (50) segments, two lines are 14 (28) segments / line, three curves are 9 (15) segments / line, five curves are 5 (9) segments / line; multiple curves can be input at the same time, and can be called at will during use.
6. Communication interface: the electric furnace is equipped with RS485 communication interface, and the communication distance can reach 1200 meters. It can control the start, pause and stop of electric furnace, set heating curve, read heating curve and set parameters by computer. It has the function of high reliability and convenient master station. The display content on the computer screen is rich. It can display the measured value, given value, output value, period of time, period number, heating curve, power percentage curve. It can pass through the computer, and can call and modify the stored heating curve at will. Given values and common parameters, historical curves, historical reports, time intervals of records can be filtered (1s-1h) and stored for a long time.
