1300℃ Vacuum Furnace
Vacuum Gas Quenching Furnace is applied for quenching high-speed tool steel, measuring vacuum hardening and cutting steel, tool steel and other alloy steel, with convection heating function, which can achieve the process of step hardening, isothermal quenching, but also tempering, annealing and other heat treatment process. Ultimate pressure :cooling gas ,6Bar or 10Bar.

The equipment has a horizontal, single-chamber structure. It is mainly composed of the furnace part, heating system, forced cooling system and other parts as shown in Figure 1.

1. Furnace Part
The furnace body is the main part of the vacuum quenching furnace, which is composed of two parts: the furnace shell and the furnace door. The furnace shell is made of double-layer steel plates (the inner wall material is high-quality stainless steel and the outer wall material is high-quality carbon steel). The rear ends of the reel are welded with flanges. The cooling water channel is provided to make the cooling water in the furnace shell run smoothly. The side wall of the furnace shell is equipped with vacuum system interface, electrode interface, thermocouple interface, cooling pipe interface and other devices.
The furnace door adopts an elliptical standard head, and the head is also a double-layer water jacket structure. The furnace door flange and the furnace body flange are sealed by a sealing ring and compressed with a locking gear ring. The locking and opening of the ring gear is completed by the cylinder drive, and an interlock position switch is provided to ensure the sealing and safe and normal operation of the vacuum furnace under negative pressure and high pressure air cooling.
The equipment has multiple overpressure protection, and the furnace body is equipped with a safety valve and a pressure sensor. In the process of use, when the working pressure is reached, the inflation system will automatically shut down. When the pressure is low, the system will automatically replenish air. The system overpressure protection can be set in the pressure sensor at the same time to achieve double protection. Even if the pressure sensor does not work, when the charging pressure exceeds a certain pressure, the safety valve on the furnace body will automatically open, so that the equipment can be used. Safety.
2. Heating System
The heating system is placed in the furnace body and has a cylindrical structure, which is composed of an outer sleeve and an inner bladder (see Figure 3). The outer sleeve is designed to form a strong cold air duct; the inner tank is composed of a stainless steel frame, a radiation screen, a heating element, a supporting porcelain seat, and a workpiece support mechanism. The radiation screen is surrounded by five layers of stainless steel plates. In order to reduce the warping deformation caused by high temperature thermal expansion, each layer of radiation screen is composed of multiple pieces. According to the requirements of equipment vacuum degree and temperature index, nickel-chromium tape is selected as the heating element. Nickel-chromium tape has high electrical resistivity, good thermal stability and low cost. It is not easy to become brittle when used below 1300 C. It can be repeatedly disassembled. Even if it is broken due to processing or installation, it can still be welded to remedy. The workpiece support mechanism is used to place the workpiece to be processed.
3. Strong Cooling System
The forced cooling system uses high-pressure and high-purity nitrogen as the forced cooling medium, and uses a high-pressure and large-volume centrifugal fan for forced air-channel circulating cooling, and a water-cooled fin-tube heat exchanger for heat exchange—large heat exchange capacity and fast cooling speed. Both the back wall of the inner liner and the inner liner cylinder are provided with jet holes 360° upwards, so that the processed workpieces are cooled at the same time, and the cooling rate and the uniformity of gas quenching are ensured.
