RVGQ-669 12 bar vacuum quick quenching furnace is a cold wall resistance heating furnace, with horizontal cubic heating zone, using convection heating and high pressure gas quenching.The heating element and insulation layer are graphite materials, with the highest heating temperature of 1350℃ and rated gas quenching pressure of 12bar. The flow rate gas cooling can realize quenching and cooling of high and medium alloy steel (high speed steel, hot and cold steel, and oil quenching steel within a certain size range for heat treatment.
Convection heating makes the heat treatment process of the low temperature section have the best temperature uniformity, and at the same time increases the heating rate of the workpiece.
