The principle of vacuum quenching is to heat the workpiece to the quenching temperature under vacuum. When cooling is needed, fill the Nitrogen/N2 and start the cooling fan. When the cooling air is running normally, the furnace is filled with gas and cooled by a heat exchanger. The workpiece is quenched by air supply through the air duct.
