This is because the oxide of metal will be decomposed in the low pressure of oxygen and high temperature, because the oxygen produced by the decomposition is discharged in time by the vacuum pump, and the surface of the work-piece is restored to the original metal luster.

3. Debinding effect: the surface of the work-piece is often sticky with oil pollution, grease and so on. If it is not removed in time, it has a great influence on the quality of the work-piece in the general heat treatment process, but it should be cleaned and spent time and time. By vacuum heat treatment, the debinding process can be saved, and the work-piece with bright surface can also be obtained expelled from the surface, this phenomenon is called degassing.
