A:yes, we are a factory that integrates research and development design,manufacturing and sales.

2.Can you serve customer oversea like installation and debugging?
A:Yes,we can dispatch our engineer to your city for installation and debugging for those equipment which from our factory, we also provide training and after-sales maintenance service.

3.Do you have technical support for the products vacuum treatment?
A:Yes,our engineers will analyze your products according to the size,material and technical requirements you offered then give you professional technical support.At present,we have powerful technical reserve about vacuum brazing ,vacuum heat treatment,vacuum sintering and vacuum melting so that we could provide the customer with mature technical support.

4.Do you provide sample-making for the products?is it free?
A:Our factory has professional experimental facilities and could provide the support for customer’s sample making.Our engineers will analyze the products and then make the samples according to the customers requirements.The samples is not free and the price will be quoted base on customer’s requirements.

5.What kind of vacuum furnace do you have?
A:we have various vacuum equipment, including vacuum heat treatment furnace, vacuum brazing furnace, vacuum furnace and vacuum sintering furnace etc.

6.How long do you get a quick quote from us?
A:you give us the material,the size of the workpiece, the largest. Temperature, heating zone size, vacuum degree and other special requirements. Then we can give you an offer as soon as possible.

7.How long is your warranty?
A:you have a one-year warranty after the site acceptance.

8.What about your vacuum pump brand?
A:we have brands like leyblod(Germany) & EVP(Shanghai). which can choose brands according to their budget.
