Stainless Steel Vacuum Flask Production Process
1.Product Process
1)Outer shell processing flow
Outer pipe picking – cutting pipe – bulging – segmentation – bulging – rolling middle angle – shrinking bottom – cutting bottom – blasting – flat upper mouth – punching bottom – flat bottom mouth – cleaning and drying – inspection knocking pit – qualified shell
2)Inner shell processing flow
Inner pipe picking – cutting pipe – flat pipe – bulging – rolling upper corner – flat upper mouth – flat bottom mouth – rolling thread – cleaning and drying – inspection knocking pit – butt welding – test water leak detection – drying – qualified liner
3) Both layer shells assembly process
Matching cup mouth – welding mouth – pressing mid-sole – welding bottom – inspection welding bottom – mid-sole spot welding getter – make the vacuum – temperature measurement – electrolysis – polishing – temperature measurement – inspection polishing – pressure out-sole – painting – detecting temperature – inspection spray paint – silk screen – packaging – finished product storage
2.Brief description of the production process of stainless steel vacuum flask
1) Cutting tube: use a lathe. The size is required to be accurate; the defective products and materials are found in time, and pits, pits, pitting, and scraps should be avoided during the operation.
2)Water swelling: water expansion press. Require attention to product’s pit, size and shape meet the requirements or not.
3 )Segment: measuring truck, two shells of water swelling one out two cut. Requires accurate dimensions, uniform cuts, no gaps, and burrs.
4)Bulging shape: Use large press, the pipe joint of the outer casing should correspond to the joint of the mold. It is required to concentrate on the fact that the pipe joint of the outer casing should correspond to the joint of the mold, and always pay attention to whether the pit, size and shape of the product meet the requirements.
5) Rolling the corner: Use a lathe, the two corners of the concave shape through the bulging shell are rolled to meet the size requirement.
6)Shrink the bottom: Use the lathe to reduce the round bottom of the bulging shell to meet the size requirements. Avoid pits, pits, pitting, and scrap.
7)Cutting the bottom: Using a lathe, cut the bottom of the shell that has been shrunk to the standard size. The cutting is required to be uniform, no gap, no burrs.
8 )Reinforcement: The welding joint at the mouth of the casing is flattened on a small press, and the weld is not welded during the welding, so that the weld is smooth and uniform.
15)Rolling thread: Use special threading machine to adjust the thread depth to meet the size requirements.
16)Cleaning and drying: Clean the inner tank and outer casing and dry them.
17)Inspection and knocking: Check whether the inner tank and outer casing are qualified, and the pits and pits are knocked to meet the requirements.
18 )Butt welding: the inner liner and the inner bottom are welded together, the welding seam is required to be smooth, no holes, no pits.
19) Water leak test: Inject the welded inner tank to test the water, and if there is any loophole in the weld, it is not qualified.
20) Match cup mouth: the inner liner, the outer shell together, the cup mouth flat.
21)Welded soldering bottom: Ensure that the bottom of the soldering joint is penetrated and smooth, without bumps, solder bumps and solder joints.
22) Spot welding: The getter on the spot welding in the mid-sole, the getter on the spot welding must be vacuumed within 24 hours, otherwise it will be invalid.
23) Pressing the bottom: press the cup with the welded mouth on the midsole of the getter, and press the bottom with the bottom.
24) Inspection of the weld bottom: Check the cup with the bottom of the weld and pick out the cup for leak welding, bad cup welding or other bad reasons.
25)Make it vacuum: no-tail vacuum, strictly in accordance with the vacuum operating standards.
26)Temperature measurement: check whether the cup is vacuum, pick out the non-vacuum cup.
27) Electrolysis: Send external electrolysis, requiring uniform electrolysis in the cup, no watermark and yellow dot.
28) Polishing: requires the cup shell to be polished and the lines are orderly, the cup mouth is smooth and bright.
29) Inspection polishing: picking the polished cup meets the requirements, it is not good to pick out the re-polishing.
30) Pressing the out-sole: Pressing the out-sole on the polished cup requires flattening.
31)Painting: The spray paint is required to be even and firm, and there must be no paint or pitting.
32) Inspection spraying paint: Whether the cup after painting has met the requirements of painting, and if it is not good to re-paint and polish, and then prepare for the the next process.
33)Silk screen: according to the requirements of the silk screen on the trademark LOGO, then baked with a drying oven.
