Vacuum experimental electric furnace

The vacuum experimental electric furnace has the perfect performance design, and integrates many patents, safety, reliability and practicability.
1. The furnace body adopts double-layer furnace shell structure, and the two-layer furnace shell is a circulating water system, which can rapidly rise and cool down, and the surface temperature of the shell is low.
2. The furnace door is sealed with high temperature silicon rubber, and the furnace door is equipped with water cooling system. The furnace has air inlet, air outlet and vacuum vent.
3. The furnace material is made of high quality imported alumina polycrystalline fiber vacuum adsorption, and energy saving is 50%. The heating element is made of silicon molybdenum rod.
4. Electric furnace temperature control system with artificial intelligence technology, with the PID, fuzzy control, self-tuning capabilities and to prepare various temperature program, and other functions, the temperature control system shows that accuracy of 1 ℃, + / – 5 ℃ temperature field stability, and heating rate of 1 ~ 20 ℃ can be set freely.
