Vacuum carbon tube furnace
Vacuum carbon tube furnace is high temperature and high vacuum resistance furnace with graphite. The highest working temperature is 2000 ℃ ~ 2400 ℃. This series products are widely used in inorganic materials (such as ceramic seal, silicon carbide, zirconium oxide, zinc oxide, alumina, etc.), and metal materials, such as hard alloy in vacuum or protective atmosphere sintering preparation, can also be used to deal with the purification of rare earth elements and their oxides and sapphire annealing treatment. At the same time, it is also applicable to college and scientific research units for pilot production.
The electric furnace is a vertical vacuum furnace, which consists of a furnace cover, a furnace, bottom and a vacuum unit. The inner layer of the furnace shell is stainless steel, the outer layer is carbon steel, and the water is cooled between the two layers. The shell is equipped with suction port, observation hole, thermocouple hole, protective atmosphere import and export, explosion proof port and so on. The furnace is equipped with graphite electrode, which is connected with the graphite heating body with a cylindrical contact, and the electrode has one end through the seal, which is an important part of the electric current to the heating body in the furnace. The heat body is surrounded by a thermal shield with multiple layers of radiation.
