The technology of vacuum high – pressure gas quenching
Current vacuum high-pressure gas cooling quenching technology development faster, a negative pressure on pressing (< 1 x 105 pa) air-cooled high flow rate, pressure (1 x 105 ~ 4 x 105 pa) air cooled and high pressure (5 x 105 ~ 10 x 105 pa) air cooled, ultra-high pressure (10 x 20 to 105 x 105 pa) air cooled and other new technology, not only greatly advances the ability of vacuum cooling quenching, and the workpiece surface after quenching brightness is good, small deformation, and high efficiency, energy saving, no pollution and other advantages.
Is the purpose of the vacuum and high pressure gas cooling quenching material quenching and tempering, stainless steel and special alloy solid solution and aging, ion carburizing and carbonitriding, and vacuum sintering, cooling and quenching after soldering.

The cooling capacity of dual – chamber air-cooled quenching furnace with separate cooling chamber is superior to that of the same type of single chamber furnace. The cooling effect of 2 x 105Pa nitrogen cooling dual chamber furnace is proportional to the 4 x 105Pa single chamber furnace. But running the money, maintenance of low cost.
