The structure of the annealing furnace

The annealing furnace skeleton is welded by various kinds of steel, and the outer frame is made of steel channel, which adopts cold thin plate, and the steel channel is used as the main beam, and the base plate and the front and back boards are adopted.

Driving part: the driving motor and reducer drive the front end of the driving wheel drive. The furnace door transmission is driven by worm gear reducer and motor combination.

Seal: a labyrinth structure is used to seal the car and furnace, and the automatic seal knife sealing device is on the side of the platform. The furnace door seal adopts the roller type compaction and spring pressure automatic mechanism to seal the furnace part of the furnace with high quality firebrick structure to ensure the sealing of the furnace. The high alumina brick masonry is used in the pressure section of the platform, and the lower part is insulated with insulating brick.

Combustion system: the burner is installed on both sides of the oil burner, and the heat flow in the furnace is reciprocated to ensure the uniformity of the furnace temperature. Automatic and semi-automatic type can be selected according to need.

Smoke preheating device: after the furnace top installed smoke preheating device, smoke through the preheater in the annealing furnace, by the fan into the cold air preheated, again by pipeline fuel to burn tsui, and export a manual installation disc valve, the valve can adjust the pressure in the furnace. Widely used in chemical, petroleum, food, metallurgy, machinery, light industry, electric power, shipbuilding, papermaking, mining, pharmaceutical, central heating and other industrial department of heating, cooling, condensation and evaporation processes etc.
