Vacuum sintering furnace
Vacuum sintering furnace refers to the furnace of protective sintering of heated items in the vacuum environment, its heating methods are more, such as resistance heating, induction heating, microwave heating and so on. Vacuum sintering furnace is the use of induction heating to be heated items for protective sintering furnace, can be divided into medium frequency, high frequency and other types, can be attributed to the vacuum sintering furnace subclass.
Vacuum induction sintering furnace is a complete set of equipment for sintering cemented carbide tool head and various metal powder compacting body using the principle of medium frequency induction heating under the condition of vacuum or protective atmosphere. It is designed for the industrial production of cemented carbide, dysprosium metal and ceramic materials.It is mainly used for sintering of powder metallurgy products, metal injection molding products, stainless steel base, hard alloy, super alloy, high proportion alloy, ceramic materials, magnetic materials, Ndfeb, etc.
Safe operation rules for vacuum sintering furnace
1.The cooling water source of intermediate frequency power supply, vacuum furnace body and induction ring — water reservoir must be filled with no impurities.
2.Start the water pump to make the water circulation of medium frequency power supply, vacuum furnace induction ring and furnace body cooling system normal, and adjust the water pressure control to the specified value.
3.Check the vacuum pump power supply system, belt tray belt tightness, vacuum pump oil is located in the middle line of the oil seal observation hole. After checking, manually turn the belt plate of the vacuum pump. If there is no abnormality, start the vacuum pump by closing the butterfly valve.
4.Check the situation inside the vacuum furnace body. It is required that the vacuum furnace body is sanitary, the induction ring is well insulated, the sealing vacuum tape is elastic and the size is qualified.
5.Check whether the lever handle of vacuum furnace body starts flexibly.
6.Check rotary Maxwell vacuum gauge for compliance.
7.Check whether graphite crucible and furnace fitting are complete.
8.After the above preparations are ready, switch on the power supply, if the power supply is closed, according to the if starting rules, try to start the frequency conversion, stop the frequency conversion after success, can open the furnace.
9.The observation and temperature measurement holes of the upper cover of the vacuum furnace body shall be cleaned every time the furnace is opened for observation and temperature measurement.
10.According to different sintered products, the furnace loading method should be adopted accordingly. According to the relevant material loading furnace rules, do not change at will.
11.In order to maintain constant temperature and prevent thermal radiation, the heating crucible is covered with a layer of carbon fiber, and then a heat insulation screen.
12.Apply vacuum sealing tape.
13.Operate lever handle, rotate the top cover of the vacuum furnace to coincide closely with the furnace body, lower the top cover, and lock the fixing nut.
14.Slowly open the butterfly valve, suction furnace body air, vacuum degree to reach the specified value.
15.After the vacuum degree reaches the specified requirements, start the frequency conversion, adjust the intermediate frequency power, and operate according to the sintering regulations of relevant materials; Heating up, heat preservation and cooling.
16.After sintering, stop the frequency conversion, press the stop frequency conversion switch, the inverter will stop working, disconnect the intermediate frequency power switch and disconnect the main power switch.
17.After observing the blackening of the furnace from the observation hole of the furnace body, first close the butterfly valve of the vacuum pump and disconnect the current of the vacuum pump, then connect the tap water to continue cooling the induction ring and the furnace body, and finally stop the water pump.
18.Medium frequency 750 v is an electric shock hazard. In the whole operation and inspection process, pay attention to the safety of operation, do not touch the intermediate frequency cabinet by hand.
19.In the sintering process, at any time from the side of the furnace to observe the hole to observe whether the induction ring arc phenomenon, if found abnormal phenomenon, should immediately report to the relevant personnel.
20.The vacuum butterfly valve should be started slowly, otherwise it will emit oil due to excessive pumping, resulting in adverse consequences.
21.Use rotating McPheromb vacuum gauge correctly, otherwise it will cause vacuum reading error or mercury overflow due to operation too fast, causing public hazard.
22.Pay attention to the safe operation of the vacuum pump belt plate.
23.When filling the vacuum sealing tape and covering the top cover of furnace body, pay attention to prevent hand pressure.
24.Under the vacuum condition, the workpiece or container which is easy to volatilize and affect the vacuum sanitation and cause the blockage of the pipe and the dirty of the vacuum pump shall not be put into the furnace.
25.Any product with molding agent (such as oil or paraffin), must be removed before sintering, otherwise it will cause adverse consequences.
26.In the whole sintering process, attention should be paid to the water meter pressure range and cooling water circulation to avoid accidents.
