Vacuum hot pressing sintering furnace function introduction
The vacuum hot pressing sintering furnace is an advanced high-temperature processing equipment, which is widely used in the preparation and processing of metals, ceramics and other materials. The high temperature and pressure in the vacuum environment are used to form a sealed atmosphere on the surface of the material, thus providing an ideal heating and compacting condition. Its core components include heaters, high-temperature chambers, vacuum systems and pressure control systems. By precisely controlling the heating temperature, maintaining constant pressure and controlling the sintering time, efficient sintering and densification of the material can be achieved.The vacuum hot pressing sintering furnace is mainly used for hot pressing sintering of cemented carbide, functional ceramics, powder metallurgy, etc. under high temperature and high vacuum conditions, and can also be hot pressed and sintered under inert gas protection.
Main features of the equipment:
1. The furnace body adopts a double-layer structure with water cooling in the middle, which effectively reduces the surface temperature of the furnace body, reduces high temperature damage, and reduces the impact on operators and ambient temperature.
2.The frame-type double-column support structure adopts profile welding and overall processing to ensure the reliability of the equipment.
3.The temperature range is wide and a variety of heating elements are available, such as graphite, molybdenum, tungsten, tantalum, etc. In a suitable protective atmosphere, the maximum temperature can reach 2200℃, which can adapt to the hot pressing sintering of different materials.
4.Vacuum can be equipped with a vacuum system (mechanical pump or diffusion pump unit) according to process requirements.
5.It is equipped with an inlet and outlet nozzle and an overpressure protection device. You can choose to perform hot pressing sintering in a vacuum environment, or in an inert atmosphere or a reducing atmosphere. You can also use other heating methods in an air environment (temperature ≤1600℃, heating elements can be selected according to temperature requirements: resistance wire, silicon carbon rod or silicon molybdenum rod) for hot pressing tests.
