Vacuum heat treatment has the advantages of no oxidation, no decarburization, and can maintain a bright surface. At the same time, it can make parts degreased, degassed, small deformation and easy to automatically control. It adapts to the development direction of precision heat treatment and realizes precision shape and size control and precision organization and performance control. Therefore, vacuum heat treatment technology is widely used in annealing, solid solution, aging and stress relief heat treatment of high-temperature alloys of aviation engines.
In order to solve the heat treatment oxidation and deformation problems of high-strength steel, stainless steel, elastic alloy and other parts of aviation accessories, the best way is to use vacuum heat treatment.
Vacuum heat treatment technologies such as vacuum annealing, vacuum oil quenching, vacuum gas quenching, vacuum tempering, vacuum degassing, vacuum degreasing, and vacuum pressurized gas quenching are already very mature and widely used in production. Vacuum oil quenching
Vacuum oil quenching is the main process of vacuum heat treatment, which solves the key technical problems of vacuum quenching oil and vacuum oil quenching surface carbon increase. In addition to its application in tool and die heat treatment, it has also been successfully used for precision heat treatment of important structural parts.
Vacuum carburizing
First, vacuum carburizing can satisfactorily solve the problem of removing the passivation film of stainless steel; second, the carburizing temperature is high. Since the heating elements and insulation layers of the vacuum carburizing furnace are graphite and carbon felt, the temperature resistance under vacuum can reach up to 1700℃, so it is easy to achieve high-temperature carburizing. The highest temperature of the advanced vacuum carburizing furnace can reach 1350℃, which can fully meet the temperature requirements of any stainless steel carburizing.
