Vacuum brazing and quenching can use a batch furnace, which can perform a large number of brazing at a lower unit cost. It also has good adaptability to occasional small batch production, especially when vacuum brazing and vacuum quenching of cutting and grinding tools are combined, the most economical effect can be achieved. Although the amount of furnace can be more, the heating, cooling and quenching time of vacuum brazing are longer, and the efficiency is slower than that of automatic line production.
