Vacuum brazing, refers to the workpiece heating in a vacuum room, mainly used for high quality products and easy to oxidize materials welding. A vacuum brazing furnace includes a pressure vessel having a cylindrical side wall and a door of a size and position designed to enclose one end of the cylindrical side wall. The workpiece handling system is mounted on the pressure vessel door to support the metal workpiece for heat treatment or brazing. A workpiece processing system includes a device for turning the workpiece during processing. A vacuum system can be connected to the workpiece so that the pressure inside the workpiece is below atmospheric pressure during brazing.

The main working process of vacuum brazing:
First put the assembled workpiece into the vacuum chamber, start the mechanical vacuum pump, and when the system reaches a certain vacuum degree, connect the diffusion pump, pump the vacuum chamber to the required vacuum degree and then start heating up as required. The vacuum system should be pumped continuously throughout the heating process to maintain the required vacuum degree. The heating rate should not be too fast to avoid a sharp decrease in vacuum. After the completion of the heating process, cooling, when the temperature in the furnace drops to the temperature of the oven, complete the brazing of the parts.
