Tips for daily use and maintenance of vacuum furnace
As there are many types and types of vacuum furnaces, the maintenance and repair items are different. Vacuum furnace daily maintenance:
1. For the empty pump with gas ballast function, check it before opening the furnace every day and open it for 30 minutes as needed to remove the water in the pump oil. SIMUWU engineers recommend that customers choose EVP brand 2X series rotary vane vacuum pumps and 2H series slide valve vacuum pumps.
2. Frequently check the pressure of cooling water, compressed air, hydraulic system and the flow of cooling water.
3. The rubber seal and flange surface of the furnace door should be inspected before closing the guard door. There should be no sand and debris. Wipe the rubber seal ring and flange surface with a Qianjing cloth, and then evenly apply vacuum grease to the back The furnace door can be closed.
4. The vacuum furnace workpiece must be cleaned before it is put into the furnace for processing. After the oil quenching treatment, all the oil on the oil-soaked material frame and the carrying parts should be cleaned.
5. Air-cooled motors are generally commonly used motors. They cannot be started under vacuum and must be inflated before starting and should be protected by electrical interlocking protection devices.
6. Roots pumps should be started with a vacuum above 133Pa, and should also be protected by electrical interlocking protection devices. It is recommended to use EVP brand ZJ series roots vacuum pumps with high pumping speed and low power consumption.
In addition, for pipelines with compressed air, the drain valve should be opened every day to release accumulated water. Always pay attention to whether the cooling water inlet and outlet temperature indications are normal, and often check whether there are local temperature abnormalities in the touch electrode connector, furnace door, transformer cooling water pipe and other parts.
Failure phenomenon Failure reason, treatment method:
1. Low vacuum: the pump oil is contaminated, too little or too thin, clean the vacuum pump and replace with new vacuum pump oil.
2. The pumping time is too short: extend the pumping time.
3. The suction filter is blocked: clean or replace the exhaust filter.
4. Air leaks: turn off the power after pumping down, check the solenoid valve, pipe joints, vacuum pump suction valve and the sealing gasket around the working room for air leaks.
5. Loud noise: the vacuum pump coupling is worn or broken, replace it.
6. The exhaust filter is blocked or the installation position is incorrect: clean or replace the exhaust filter and install it correctly.
7. Vacuum pump injection: the O-ring of the suction valve falls off, unplug the vacuum tube on the pump nozzle, remove the suction nozzle, take out the compression spring and suction valve, gently stretch the O-ring several times, and reinsert it Install it in the groove.
8. Rotary vane wear: replace the rotary vane.
9. Vacuum pump oil leakage: the oil return valve is blocked, remove the oil return valve and clean it (see the instructions for details).
10. Loose oil window: After draining the oil, remove the oil window and wrap it with raw material tape or thin plastic film.
