The diamond grinding disc brazing production process has five processes: product preparation, pre-treatment, sanding and powdering, sintering and post-processing.
1, Product preparation process
The main contents of the product preparation process are: matrix pressing, abrasive selection and brazing material selection.

2, Pre-treatment process
The main contents of the pre-treatment process are: sanding substrate finishing, substrate cleaning, abrasive cleaning and brazing material particle size screening.
The pretreatment process is the most meticulous work for brazing operators. The principle of doing this work is: all workpieces to be worked (matrix, abrasive, etc.) are clean and dust-free, the sand base is active, and the particle size of the brazing material is uniform. Among them, the finishing work of the sanding base is completed by a manual sandblasting machine, generally by one person. It takes 8 hours of work to complete the finishing of 500 grinding disc substrates, with a total of 8 working hours.The cleaning of the substrate is done by a manual ultrasonic cleaning machine, usually by one person. It takes 4 hours of work to complete the cleaning of 500 grinding disc substrates, and it takes 4 working hours in total.Abrasive cleaning and brazing material sizing are performed manually by one person. It takes 2 hours of work to complete 500 grinding disc materials, and it takes 2 working hours in total.
3, Sand and powder process
The main contents of the sanding and powdering process are: sanding and powdering (brazing filler metal).
The sanding and powdering process is also one of the most arduous tasks for brazing operators. The workload is relatively large. The principle of doing this work is: Strictly follow the sanding process to distribute sand, and the abrasive is tightly attached to the outline of the substrate. , the brazing filler metal can not be empty.Among them, the sanding work requires a lot of labor. At present, the sanding is completed by two semi-automatic uniform sand distribution machines, generally by four people. It takes 8 hours to complete the sanding of 500 grinding discs, and a total of 32 working hours.The powdering work requires a lot of labor. At present, the powdering is completed by a semi-automatic uniform powdering machine, generally by two people. It takes 8 hours to complete the powdering of 500 grinding discs, and a total of 16 working hours.
4,Sintering process
The work content of the sintering process mainly includes: pre-sintering shaping, workpiece placement and vacuum sintering.
The sintering process is the most meticulous work of the brazing operator. To do this work well, it is necessary to understand how the vacuum is established and how the temperature in the furnace thermal field changes and other operating laws of the vacuum equipment. The principle of doing this work well is: there should be no solder in the non-welding place, the workpiece should be placed in a centralized manner in the furnace, and the operation should be strictly in accordance with the vacuum sintering process.
Among them, the pre-burning shaping and workpiece placement are done manually by one person. It takes 4 hours of work to complete 500 grinding discs, and it takes 4 working hours in total.The vacuum sintering work is completed by a RHVB-446 vacuum brazing furnace, which is generally performed manually by one person. It takes 12 hours of work to complete the sintering of 500 grinding discs, with a total of 12 working hours.
5, Post-processing process
The main contents of the post-processing process are: shape trimming and beautifying finishing.
The post-processing process is the most serious work for brazing operators. The principle of doing this work is: remove high points, adjust the concentricity and parallelism of the diamond grinding disc, and beautify the tools.Among them, the shape trimming work is completed by a lathe. Generally, the manual work is carried out by one person. It takes 16 hours of work to complete 500 grinding disc dressing, and a total of 16 working hours.
