Operation Steps:

1.Before the heat treatment, check the various parts of the furnace in detail, and check whether there are any faults in the hydrogen-passing pipeline to ensure the normal operation of the process. When the furnace is opened for several days, the air furnace is first heated to remove the water vapor and other impurities adsorbed in the furnace, and the heating temperature is ≥950 °C.

2.Preparation of the workpiece and sample before entering the furnace: The workpiece and the sample should be cleaned (carbon tetrachloride, ether, alcohol, etc.) before entering the furnace. After confirming the cleaning, dry in the oven at 100 ° C or below. The coated sample is to be baked. If Al2O3, MgO powder or talcum powder is used as the filling material, it must be baked at more than 1200 °C before use.

3.Use of standard hydrogen cylinder: Place it in a low temperature and dry place to avoid vibration. The hydrogen storage room is strictly prohibited from open flames. Static electricity should not occur. The exhaust fan should be installed indoors. Hydrogen bottle ports and pressure reducing valves are prohibited from oiling. The wrench is preferably made of copper. When the bottle mouth leaks, it should be repaired in time.

4. Due to the diversity of the hydrogen furnace, the specific operation is not the same, and it needs to be formulated according to the characteristics of the equipment.

Explosion Prevention:
The hydrogen explosion must meet two conditions: one is that the hydrogen content is within the explosion limit, and the other is above the explosion point temperature. The lack of both can not cause an explosion, so it is particularly safe to use hydrogen heat treatment as long as these two factors are controlled.

Open the manual charging valve and fill the furnace with high purity nitrogen (0.12mpa) (absolute pressure) for power transmission before processing.

2.Operation Method When Replacing New Gas Cylinders
After the new gas cylinder is connected, vacuum the pipeline through the furnace for about 5~10 minutes before the valve is opened. Then open the air source valve and send a small amount of gas into the cleaning pipeline to avoid air mixing.
