Purpose of vacuum brazing furnace
The vacuum brazing furnace has become a key equipment for achieving high-quality connections with its unique process and excellent performance. It not only plays an important role in high-tech industries such as aerospace, automobiles, and electronics, but also provides strong support for the upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries.
The so-called vacuum brazing refers to a welding method that uses a metal material with a lower melting point than the parent material (the material to be welded) as a solder, uses the melted liquid solder to infiltrate the parent material and fill the gap between the workpiece interface and diffuse it with the parent material. Brazing has small deformation, smooth and beautiful joints, and is suitable for welding precise, complex and components composed of different materials, such as carbide tools and printed circuit boards. The vacuum brazing furnace is a high-temperature furnace that can meet the requirements of brazing. The temperature in the furnace is controlled in an environment where the brazing material can melt but the parent material does not melt, and is isolated from oxygen. The heat exchanger processed by the vacuum brazing furnace (rather than manual welding) makes the water pipe and the cylinder, the water pipe and the heat absorber more tightly and evenly combined, with the advantages of high heat exchange efficiency and long service life.
Selection of brazing material
The main components of the brazing material should be the same as the parent material, and the liquidus temperature of the brazing material should be at least 30℃ lower than the solidus temperature of the parent material. The smaller the temperature difference, the higher the temperature control accuracy and furnace temperature uniformity requirements of the vacuum brazing furnace; the temperature difference between the solidus and liquidus of the brazing material should be as small as possible; at the brazing temperature, the main components of the brazing material should have high chemical stability, that is, low oxidation and low vapor pressure; the main components of the brazing material should be as close as possible to the main components of the parent material in the periodic table, so that the brazing seam has good corrosion resistance.
Purpose of vacuum brazing furnace
Vacuum brazing furnace is mainly used for vacuum brazing of aluminum products such as aluminum alloy heat exchangers, brazing of stainless steel, titanium alloy, cemented carbide, high temperature alloy, non-ferrous metals, and vacuum tempering of high-speed steel, tool steel, bearing steel, stainless steel and other materials, as well as aging and annealing of non-ferrous metals and vacuum brazing of stainless steel heat exchangers, oil coolers, and stainless steel thermos cups.
Structural composition of vacuum brazing furnace
The vacuum brazing furnace is usually composed of furnace body, heating system, vacuum system, cooling system, temperature measurement and control system, etc.
The furnace body is the main structure of the equipment, with good thermal insulation and sealing performance to maintain the vacuum and temperature in the furnace. The heating system generally adopts resistance heating, induction heating or radiation heating to ensure that the weldment is heated evenly. The vacuum system is responsible for extracting gas in the furnace to create a high vacuum environment. The cooling system is used to quickly cool the weldment and improve production efficiency. The temperature measurement and control system accurately monitors and controls the temperature, vacuum and other parameters in the furnace to ensure the stability and reliability of welding quality.
