Precautions For Daily Use Of Vacuum Furnaces
After vacuum furnaces are repaired, the furnace must be baked and vacuum leak detection must be carried out on the vacuum furnace. Before the vacuum furnace is baked, a 1000V shaker can be used to test the insulation of the vacuum furnace, which is normally not less than 2MΩ.
Vacuum furnace drying is divided into three stages:
① The moisture discharge period is 0-200°C, which is the discharge period of the moisture in the insulation layer of the vacuum furnace and the moisture in the vacuum furnace body. The vacuum degree of the vacuum furnace must be checked, and the holding time is longer.
②The temperature zone where the outgassing volume of the vacuum furnace body is large is generally around 500°C. Because the outgassing volume of the vacuum furnace is relatively large, the temperature rise at this time does not exceed 50°C/h. The holding time is generally more than 60 minutes.
③The heat preservation period is about 1200°C. For every 100-200°C increase in heating, heat preservation must be carried out for a period of time. If the temperature rises too fast, the heat preservation layer will be damaged, and the vacuum furnace will not completely deflate.
(1) Compile the operating procedures for the use and maintenance of vacuum furnaces, establish vacuum furnace operation records and repair files, count the accumulated working hours of operation, strengthen the daily maintenance of vacuum furnaces, grasp the changing trend of equipment technical status, and find signs of failure and damage early to avoid accidents and repairs According to the working load and operating conditions of the vacuum furnace, prepare spare parts for the repair of the vacuum furnace in advance and prepare a plan for the operation and maintenance of the vacuum furnace. For example, the service life of the heating element of the vacuum furnace is related to many factors such as the working temperature, the product medium in the vacuum furnace, the number of products, and the operating conditions. It is carried out every two or three years. It depends on the type of brazing job and the number of uses. Vacuum furnaces generally have more leakage failures in spring and autumn, and vacuum furnace leakage failures are more likely to occur when vacuum furnaces that have been idle for a long time are used for the first time. At this time, vacuum leak detection must be carried out. Generally, the pressure rise rate is measured once a month for vacuum leak detection (at room temperature, close all vacuum valves, stop the operation of the vacuum system, read a number after 10 minutes, and read a number after 1 hour, two The difference between the numbers is the value of the pressure rise rate), and the trend of equipment leakage is grasped. For example, if the vacuum equipment is shut down continuously for a week, it needs to be run dry once (for oven). In the leak detection of the vacuum system, in addition to the vacuum mud plugging for temporary emergency maintenance, the helium mass spectrometer leak detector can be used for vacuum leak detection. If there is no helium mass spectrometer leak detector, the medical needle can be used to suck acetone or ether Go to the suspected leak point and observe whether there is any change in the reading of the vacuum gauge. Blind plates with holes for inserting vacuum silicon tubes can also be made to block the vacuum pipelines in sections for leak detection. Repair after finding the leak point (generally, the sealing ring is more aging), regularly check the slide valve pump, Roots pump, maintenance pump, diffusion pump oil of the vacuum furnace, if it is found that the oil is emulsified with water and the vacuum drops, the above four must be replaced Pump oil, the oil level and oil quality should be checked once a week. Diffusion pump oil Diffusion pump has carbon deposits that can be cleaned by chemical pickling.
(2) After the vacuum furnace is repaired, it should be checked frequently at the initial stage of use to check whether the temperature of the vacuum furnace surface after use is consistent with the actual temperature of the furnace (regularly check the vacuum gauge, temperature controller, thermocouple, voltmeter, ammeter, Calibration work), check whether the three-phase heating body has overheating damage, uneven temperature or whitening. For three-phase high-temperature vacuum furnaces, and when the capacity of vacuum resistance furnaces exceeds 100kW, each phase and each heating zone should be equipped with an ammeter. If the vacuum furnace temperature and instrument indication are found to be abnormal, analyze and deal with them in time.
