1.Bright quenching can be achieved
In a low-pressure (pressure generally ≤30mbar) vacuum state, the carburizing method consists of several sub-carburizing procedures, including multiple sub-strong carburizing (introducing the carburizing medium acetylene) and sub-diffusion (injecting protective gas, such as nitrogen or inert gas) gas), so this process is also called pulse carburizing process. Since the blanks of steel parts will inhale a very small amount of hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon monoxide and other gases in the atmosphere during smelting, tiny pores will be produced, which can easily cause defects such as hydrogen embrittlement and cemented carbide. Air will also enter during pressing, so for tool and die steel, the residual gas inside the workpiece can be removed through vacuum technology to purify the structure. For cemented carbide, the residual gas inside the workpiece can also be removed through vacuum treatment.
