Multi-purpose vacuum heat treatment equipment
Vacuum double-chamber air-cooled oil quenching furnace is a multi-purpose vacuum heat treatment equipment, which is widely used in vacuum oil quenching of die steel, tool steel, alloy structural steel, gear steel, carbide workpieces, and can also be used for high-speed steel, high-alloy molds Steel, superalloy vacuum pressure gas quenching, the equipment has the characteristics of no oxidation, decarburization, degassing, degreasing, and small deformation.
Operating procedures of double-chamber vacuum oil quenching gas cooling furnace:
1.Turn on the cooling water to check that the water pressure is not lower than 0.1MPa; turn on the air compressor to check that the air pressure is 0.6MPa; check the air pressure of the air storage tank to be 0.6MPa. The storage gas is N2, and the purity is not less than 99.99.
2.Turn on the main switch of the power supply, and determine: the low position of the gate, the high position of the rail, the in-situ position of the car, and the middle position of the quenching machine.
3.Turn on the mechanical pump, open the hot chamber gate, and start the Roots pump when the pressure is 5X102Pa.
4.Workpieces, charging baskets and trays should be cleaned to remove oil. When loading, ensure that the workpiece is fixed and must not fall off during movement. Do not use galvanized iron wire to fix the workpiece to prevent the volatilization of zinc from contaminating the heating chamber.
5.Select the process mode: manual, automatic, oil quenching, air cooling. Determine process parameters
6.After the furnace is installed, the cooling chamber is vacuumed. Only when the vacuum degree of the hot and cold chambers is balanced (≤133Pa), the workpiece can be put into the furnace.
7.After the process is completed, the air in the cooling room should be manually released and the door should be opened to take the workpiece.
8.When the heating chamber is below 300°C, close the hot chamber valve, stop the roots pump, and stop the mechanical pump; when the heating chamber is below 200°C, turn off the air compressor, cooling water, and the main power supply.
9.When the power is cut off and the water is cut off, the standby water inlet valve should be opened to supply water, and the process should be adjusted or terminated depending on the water pressure.
