Linear optical axis vacuum quenching
The linear optical axis is a product that has the guiding function of the sliding bearing and can perform linear motion. The necessary conditions required for these linear motion systems are: simple design, best execution capability, low maintenance cost, use of carefully selected durable materials, high frequency vacuum heat treatment, accurate outer diameter size, true roundness, true straightness degree and surface treatment. Induction Hardening of Linear Optical Axis
1.Reasonable selection of heating specifications (frequency, power, heating method and heating sequence of equipment, etc.);
2.Improve the design of the sensor and the cooling system, make the arrangement of the water spray holes reasonable, select the appropriate cooling medium, and reduce the water spray pressure;
3.The technical requirements for controlling the cooling medium are in line with the regulations of the process, and the process test is carried out if necessary.
4.Strictly implement the process regulations, check and standardize the operation in time, and strengthen the inspection of hardness and metallographic structure;
5.After high-frequency vacuum quenching, vacuum tempering can be carried out in time. In-furnace or self-tempering methods can be used, vacuum normalizing or vacuum annealing, and then high-frequency vacuum quenching;
6.Perform stress relief annealing treatment before induction vacuum quenching to eliminate stress concentration parts such as knife marks;
7.Strengthen the inspection of raw materials, strictly control the composition of steel, forging or spheroidizing annealing;
8.Improve the structure of the workpiece. Before quenching, no burrs or serious scratches are allowed in each part. The holes are blocked with copper plugs, and the temperature is adjusted or heated slowly to avoid the occurrence of the above-mentioned bad designs;
The technological process of optical axis processing: blanking – rough turning – fine turning – quenching and tempering – grinding – chrome plating – polishing;
Precautions:
1.When grinding the outer surface of the optical axis, the workpiece is prone to let the knife, elastic deformation, etc. Therefore, during processing, the center hole should be repaired to ensure that the center hole is clean, and the tightness between the center hole and the top should be appropriate, and ensure that the center hole is clean. It has good lubrication.
2.The width of the grinding wheel should be selected as narrow as possible, which can effectively reduce the radial grinding force. Moreover, when processing, you should also pay attention to the selection of grinding amount, especially the medium grinding depth should be small.
3.Although the structure of the optical axis is relatively simple, its long diameter is also relatively large. Therefore, in order to ensure the machining accuracy, when turning, it is best to separate the rough turning and the finishing turning, and both the rough turning and the fine turning are used with the tool holder, which can effectively reduce the deformation of the workpiece during processing.
4.The optical axis processing process should be used as much as possible to make it conform to the principle of datum system.
