Introduction to the operation process of vacuum gas quenching furnace
With the continuous development of science and technology, vacuum gas quenching furnaces are increasingly being used in modern industrial production and scientific research. I. Preparation for furnace opening
1.1 Check whether each electrical connector is tight and whether each component is clean and normal.
1.2 Adjust the control instrument to meet the requirements of vacuum heat treatment process.
1.3 Turn on the gas and water cooling switches.
1.4 Turn on the main power switch.
II. Furnace opening steps
2.1 Turn on each switch of the water cooling system to ensure smooth drainage. The drainage temperature shall not exceed 35℃ during the operation of the furnace to prevent scale accumulation.
2.2 Open the furnace door and send the workpiece into the heating chamber through the material car, then close the furnace door and lock the furnace door lock ring.
2.3 Open the pipeline vent valve for a short time and then close it, Open the bypass valve, start the slide valve pump, start the maintenance pump, and maintain the valve
2.4 When the vacuum degree reaches 700Pa, that is, when the Roots pump no longer rotates with the slide valve pump to evacuate, start the Roots pump.
2.5 When the vacuum is lower than 30Pa, close the maintenance pump and the maintenance valve, open the main valve and the diffusion pump heating button to preheat the diffusion pump
2.6 When the diffusion pump oil temperature reaches the standard temperature, the vacuum is lower than 2Pa, close the bypass valve, and open the high valve
2.7 When the vacuum reaches the heating setting condition, start the heating switch, and automatically heat up and keep warm according to the process setting program.
2.8 After the insulation is completed, close the high valve to the inflation setting temperature, heat the diffusion pump, open the maintenance pump and the maintenance valve, close the main valve, Roots pump, and slide valve pump
2.9 The workpiece needs to be filled with nitrogen to cool down. Select the inflation button in advance. The furnace will be automatically inflated when the inflation temperature reaches
2.10 Inflate from negative pressure to slightly positive pressure, start the fan
2.11 Open the inflation valve for secondary inflation (until the highest gas quenching pressure required by the process) to quickly cool down.
2.12 The cooling time of the material depends on the thickness of the material
2.13 After the fire is over, open the vent valve to discharge the residual nitrogen out of the furnace.
2.14 After the internal deflation is completed, close the deflation valve, open the vacuum unit to evacuate, and when the pressure in the furnace reaches the unlocking ring condition, open the lock ring and close the vacuum unit.
2.15 Open the deflation valve
2.16 When the furnace pressure reaches the atmospheric state, open the furnace cover and take out the workpiece;
III. Stop the furnace
3.1 Close the furnace cover and lock the lock ring.
3.2 Open the bypass valve to evacuate the furnace to a certain pressure in the furnace, close the bypass valve and turn off the mechanical pump
3.3 Turn off the nitrogen switch.
3.4 Turn off the water source switch and the stop valves of each part.
3.5 Pull open the main power switch.
Note: Each step should be performed with the lock ring locked. It is strictly forbidden to perform each step with the lock ring open.
