The vacuum sintering furnace uses a high-temperature vacuum sintering furnace for the vacuum sintering process of samarium cobalt, aluminum nickel cobalt, metal mesh, cemented carbide, ceramic materials, optoelectronic coating materials, graphite purification, magnet materials and rare refractory metals and alloys (tungsten, molybdenum, tungsten copper alloy), and can also be used for atmosphere sintering. The maximum temperature can reach 2200℃.
The main uses of the vacuum sintering furnace include the following aspects:
Metal powder metallurgy industry: In the metal powder metallurgy industry, vacuum sintering furnaces are used to produce high-precision metal parts. Through degreasing and sintering processes, the density and mechanical properties of metal powders are improved to provide high-quality raw materials for subsequent processing and use.
Fine ceramic component production: In the production of fine ceramic components, vacuum sintering furnaces are used for the integrated degreasing and sintering process of fine ceramic components such as aluminum nitride, silicon nitride, aluminum oxide, and zirconium oxide. High-quality production of ceramic components is achieved by precisely controlling the atmosphere and temperature in the furnace.
Electronic component manufacturing: In the manufacturing process of electronic components, vacuum sintering furnaces can be used for debinding, pre-sintering and sintering processes of ceramic powder materials, magnetic materials, LTCC, MLCC, NFC, ceramic cores and other electronic components. These electronic components have extremely high requirements for material purity and performance. The precise control of the vacuum degreasing sintering furnace can ensure that the product meets the requirements.
