Working principle of vacuum annealing furnace
The vacuum annealing furnace reduces the contact of materials with gases such as oxygen and nitrogen during the annealing process by creating a high vacuum environment, effectively avoiding oxidation and contamination. Its working principle is based on the scientific principles of heat transfer and material phase change.
In the furnace, the material is evenly heated to a predetermined temperature by resistance heating, induction heating or other heating methods. At high temperatures, the atoms inside the material obtain enough energy to undergo microstructural changes such as diffusion and reorganization, thereby eliminating residual stress inside the material, improving the crystal structure, and improving the plasticity and toughness of the material.
Structural composition of vacuum annealing furnace
The vacuum annealing furnace is usually composed of a furnace body, a heating system, a vacuum system, a cooling system, a control system and other parts.
The furnace body is the outer shell of the entire equipment, with good thermal insulation and sealing properties to maintain the vacuum degree and temperature stability in the furnace. The heating system is responsible for providing precise temperature control to ensure that the material is heated evenly. The vacuum system is used to extract the gas in the furnace to achieve a high vacuum environment. The cooling system can quickly cool the treated material and improve production efficiency. The control system is the “brain” of the entire device, which accurately monitors and controls parameters such as temperature, vacuum degree, and time.
