Carbide cutting tool sintering furnace
What is cemented carbide?
WC Co cobalt tungsten carbide powder and mix with metallurgical method by pulverizing, ball mill, pressing, low pressure sintering, and the body density of products, and without holes without sand holes, high size precision (blank tolerance control at + / – 2.2 ~ 2.2 mm, fine blank control in ±0.01), less machining allowance, can effectively improve the efficiency of your production, significantly reduce processing costs.
The commonly used metal carbides are tungsten carbide, titanium carbide, niobium carbide and vanadium carbide. The binder of cemented carbide is mainly cobalt or nickel, which can guarantee the strength and toughness of cemented carbide.
The main alloy composition of cemented carbide sheet is WC and Co. The composition contents of WC and Co are not the same in different USES of cemented carbide sheet
What are the use of cemented carbide?
Hard alloy has high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and a series of excellent properties, especially its high hardness and wear resistance, even at 500℃ temperature is basically unchanged, at 1000℃ still has a very high hardness.
Carbide is widely used as tool materials, such as turning tool, milling cutter, planer, drill, boring tool, etc., for cutting cast iron, non-ferrous metal, plastic, chemical fiber, graphite, glass, stone and common steel, can also be used for cutting heat resistant steel, stainless steel, high manganese steel, tool steel and other difficult to process materials.
