Beryllium Cooper Connector Heat Treatment
1.Beryllium copper annealing refers to beryllium copper heat treatment process, which means that beryllium copper is slowly heated to a certain temperature, kept for a sufficient time, and then cooled at an appropriate rate.The purpose is to reduce hardness and improve machinability;Eliminate residual stress, stabilize size, reduce deformation and crack tendency;Refine grain, adjust structure and eliminate structure defects.To be precise, annealing is a heat treatment process for materials, including metallic and non-metallic materials.
2. What is beryllium copper?

3. What are the annealing effects of beryllium copper?

(4) Uniform material structure and composition, improve material performance or prepare for subsequent heat treatment.
4. Annealing process of beryllium bronze is as follows in SIMUWU model RVA-669 vacuum annealing furnace :
1) First clean the workpiece and then load it into the furnace.
2) Bake in an oven at 315 ° C for 2 hours, using an atmosphere of 4% hydrogenation and 96% nitrogen, with a minimum air pressure of 10Pa.
3) Cool the oven to below 95 degrees Celsius before opening the oven.
