Advantages of Low Pressure Pulse Vacuum Heat Treatment
Heat treatment is one of the four basic industries (casting, forging, heat treatment, welding) of mechanical manufacturing, and is a very important key process in the manufacturing process of mechanical products. At the same time, it can prevent internal oxidation, and avoid the generation of black tissue to improve the quality of the penetration layer. As the pulse process is to replace the furnace gas alternately by air extraction, air inflation or air inflation, the exchange of new and old gas can reach any part and corner, which solves the technical problem that the parts with small holes, blind holes and slits cannot penetrate or the penetration layer is uneven.
