The surface quenching hardness is HRC52-60, and the flame quenching can reach HRC48-55.
40Cr nitriding treatment
40Cr is a material of nitrided steel, and its elements are available for nitriding. After the process of nitriding for 40Cr,the surface hardness can be high. After 40Cr quenching and tempering, the hardness of nitriding treatment can reach HRC72~78, that is HRC43~55.
